It would serve MINres well to use DVP as a vehicle to consolidate the marginal small caps instead diluting themselves. MINres investment in DVP will reap multiples. MINres will gain access to DVP management. DVP mining services can do the work and feed the stock to Baldhill, Mt Marion etc. MINres mills will be at optimal capacity, product quality will improve, outbound freight should also be more cost efficient. Plenty of synergies.
