40 sessions of down down prices are down ever since the cursed deal and dilution. ESS converters giving up? Underwriters copping a hit to free up capital? Or perhaps some nervous nellies might be sensing something is not quite right and running low on patience, hence the sell down. Judging by the current SP, market seems to think WL too hard, SS too expensive, PD too small, contracting margins too low, all up it's taking too damn long in today's fast moving market.
