Yes you are INcorrect.
Complaining does not achieve anything in relation to the company and the SP except that it might fall because some humans are more emotionally challenged than others and will capitulate into the hands of accumulators out of pure fear of falling SP. I suggest they should be doing something else if they are so emotionally chalenged when it comes to investing in anything for that matter.
