FACT: MINres can't get $2.90 or $2.50. Wholesale price is $2, which took 4 months to find buyers. This is inching ever closer to ESS Independent Expert valuation of $1.73. Yet the broker "research report" still praying for $4.65. Guess when you underwrite at $3.30 and $3.20 you really have to keep the faith.
Take it which ever way, I call it like I see it. Opinions only. Most likely all wrong.
Everything will be hunky dory in five years, 2030 or 2035 or 2040. Have patience.
