Of course the insto's were aware MIN was a highly motivated seller. All those breathing or with a pulse anyway. Which does not imply MIN would accept any value, however it does give them insto's the confidence to play hardball.
It is correct to say that if DVP was performing well, someone else could of trumped the deal.
