Hmm…but if the “insto’s new they had to sell something”, you’re then essentially saying MIN would had to have accepted whatever the “insto’s” were going to inevitably offer, which doesn’t sound plausible whatsoever.
No one wanted to pay more than $2 per share. Put as much lipstick on that fact as possible still isn’t going to make it look any less unattractive to the market than it already does.
