They, the supposed “insto’s” didn’t want to pay more than $2.
MIN, didn’t have any other offer above $2.
If you accept the above FACTS then you accept MIN simply forced to sell in a rush, instead they had no choice but to be content with the offer.
If the DVP sp was performing “well”, $2 would’ve never been even considered.
