If they are raising money, the SP would be going up like the last 2 times $3.30 and $3.20. So far they bought one big project a year and it does not seem that they are buying, not with the current SP. So if they are not buying, are they selling? Would be funny if the SP was being held down for a merger deal? 85% premium to close? If the DFS are to be believed, 2 mines with 10-year mine life would fit in nicely with MAC (held) with only six-year mine life.
