Freidman, who is a guru in the copper mining space has stated, some time ago, that the world needs new copper mines soon and that any large project requires a copper price above US$15000.00 a ton to be able to finance any new project on the horizon.
That is about the best advice you can get on the future price of copper. Recent events have only reinforced this comment.
