If the shareprice throughout these past 18 months was maintaining levels seen just prior to ESS acquisition, it would be legitimately hard to convince any shareholder to be cynical of management's prospects on delivering good on their plan(s).
Given however, the complete opposite has occurred these past 18 months, it's hard to convince any discerning shareholder not to then be cynical...
And I'm yet to read a plausible argument why such cynicism should be considered unfounded.
