Yes. Of course, what you say is clearly apt.

What’s interesting is rarely reading any negativity when the company’s value is increasing or sustaining a healthy price, however, when the company’s price declines significantly and a ‘negative’ comment is posted, there seems to be this deliberate obliviousness to the fact that the SP has dropped first prior to the negative comment(s).
So it’s a head-scratcher of sorts how certain people can then suggest Downramping when the impact has occurred prior to the downramping…unless, downramping means something completely different to these types?
