Maybe the banks needed to see another quarter of positive cashflows from mining services - that will make 2 consecutive quarters.
There is a chance they may release the quarterly report early. Nothing should be holding back the finance announcement now that options exercised, quarter over, tax loss selling season done, deals seems to be picking up this week etc.
