I love the use of the word “just”…as in, it’s ‘no biggie’.
Is it misguided to presume if financing was expected to “just” be wrapped up by the end of this month, surely then, by now it would be apparent to insiders whether that was on track or not. And if it were on track, then surely it wouldn’t be misguided to think said insiders would start buying up by now, no?
Or is it a case of WL financing won’t really be considered much of a rerate worthy Ann? Hmm…
