Whether the finance can effectuate a re-rate nobody knows. But it will kickstart the process of waking the SP from what seems like perpetual ennui. Once WL financed, WL production timeline confirmed, market can price this ahead. If they do the 20% sale at NPV then $3 is pretty much in the bag.
Next they need to clarify the lithium situation. If PD capex say $50M toll treat, market sees they got the money from the 20% sale, then relief rally cuz no more CR. Throw in another contract since SS is not happening till 2027, that will be the sweetener. Things are happening. This will rise again.
