For a start there is NOT twice as many sellers and market depth means jack squat as there are usually way more trades coming from off screen than on. Thats such a rookie mistake to compare buyers and sellers you "see" on market depth and come up with a reason SP is doing what its doing.
Plenty of examples daily on many hundreds of stocks with inflated buys or sells yet SP going the other way. Not to mention the black pools of trading that goes on all day long, hidden from the market in general until the trade actually executes.
Means the person claiming all this is wrong and is inexperienced. It shows in the responses to just about every other persons comments. Also, telling people what they can and cant say amounts to dictatorship on the forum. My god, really painting itself into a corner.
