This is not a tax issue. This is a discussion on the stock valuation. The stock lost $2 in 18 months. That is a fact, for now.
Resource stock is always going to be volatile for sure, Lithium even more so.But the gold price certainly looks good and they are already digging gold for 2 other companies. Would have been great if the 43,779,411 ESS scrip went towards Gold or Copper. Even if they did not buy anything, DVP SP would have been $2.50 at least based on less SOI at $530M market cap.
Anyway, looking forward to the quarterly this week and the finance end July. Great day to be buying, cheap now.
