Bill Beament ridicules independent expert's lukewarm endorsement of $150m Develop Global bid for Essential. BDO’s recommendation is based on a preferred post-deal value for Develop Global of $1.73 a share. “Please tell me where I can buy Develop shares at $1.73,” he said.
Erm... less than 20c to go! Unbelievable value. Gotta be In it to win it though.
