Putting it straightforward - Why would WL financing reverse the current and long-ongoing downtrend here?
He, William Beament, has stated unequivocally that financing for that project is “just around the corner”.
I have to presume the market has believed him. I then have to question why hasn’t the market subscribed to that supposedly imminent achievement in a positive way.
