I think they’ll be going down debt funding for WL with some off-take stuff…then also selling a minority interest (possible 20% in WL) to have further cash flow for other business opportunities, such as, getting SS online. Prior to all this they’ve obviously been tossing up all different options. But the above seems to be the best route. Will have to wait for the announcement for more clarity around how great or not so great the funding terms are
