So you mean pick up an asset cheap that has had millions spent on infrastructure but the company can’t service its debts, goes into administration. Sounds unlucky for the previous shareholders that did their dough but good for the next company.
Then maybe poke around and do some drilling, discover some extra resources of critical minerals.
I feel like I’ve heard this story before….
