Santa will answer to all legitimate prayers as far as DVP is concerned. Nice price action today - Mercifully I have doubled my holdings in DVP around and below that $2 mark.
Even though we don't need the money anymore - a minority sell down will provide the market with look through valuation of Woodlawn. That alone will take DVP to $3. Which is a neat 50% return for doing nothing.
