ESS->DVP conversion share price was 0.51 on 6-Nov 2023.
A quick comparison of pure-play lithium exploration stocks like DLI, WC8, GL1 indicates that share prices have retreated between 60% to 80% from 6-Nov to today. I think if not for the DVP deal, ESS SP could be around 10c or less if they had to issue equity. Therefore ESS holders got a great deal if they sold before the price crash.
If they think that the ESS deal is transformational and like the lithium so much, maybe they should go big or go home. Amalgamate GL1, WC8, DLI all into one company under DVP. Ground's really cheap now! PLS counter cyclical strategy could be on point, they bought AJM before and now buying LRS.
