What good is the client if not getting paid on time for work already completed? The issue here is BGL not DVP.
Surely they have other clients already lined up - they did say couple weeks ago "numerous business opportunities identified".
DVP did not halt trading means the impact is immaterial. But they really need to put out an announcement to that effect to allay market concerns. A short commentary on WL restart date should also help.
