They only allocated $40M for working capital, which is barely enough for 1 quarter. I say BGL is headed for T/O by mid-year. If DVP SP goes $4 and BGL under 85c in the next 3-months, then maybe DVP can T/O? It all depends on whether BlackRock wants to swap scrip.
