Maybe the deal could be something like $200M staged payments over 3 years, but adjusted up for commodity prices. Even if they get $60M upfront, it will count a lot towards funding SS. The market and financiers will see the money is coming, whole project is pretty much is de-risked. The SP will catch tailwinds and lift higher. It should be a cracker of a deal.
