It depends on what news they announcing next. They already flagged the potential sell down of WL, possible new contract or acquisition. Even if they don't announce anything, this could easily go more than $5 just on the back of WL cashflow over the next couple of quarters.
This company is in a sweet spot. They can sell and crystallize the 20% and get SS going stat. Or keep the 20% and watch the cash build Q on Q and obtain the finance later.
Either way it's asymmetric upside for the SP cuz of the no dilution.
