Feels like management are now further confident that cashflow from WL and a loan for SS can fund the rest of SS in due course and the CR made better sense now to fund pre-production capital for SS than a 20% sale of WL
Either way we were going to be diluted with which ever method! I like this one, all be it we weren't given a chance to have a slice of the bigger pie, but that was no different to the sell of 20% of WL i.e. we would have had 20% less dividends to distribute!
