Cashflow is key for now. Profit comes later. You will see the big picture once they execute the strategy.
The contracts enabled the company to hire the people, buy equipment and build capability. That's the business plan phase 1.
Hire best people for contracts -> Achieve revenue target and cashflow -> Obtain attractive finance terms -> Deploy people and finance on assets -> Value creation multiples in the dollar
RAL/GMD raised $570M cash for $2.1B market cap - held up by all time high gold prices.
BB/DVP raised $100M cash for $580M market cap - if not for depressed lithium prices, DVP would have pulled further ahead.
Both are effective in creating value but dollar-for-dollar DVP is actually more efficient. Either way, I hold both so all good.
