PD seemed like a knee jerk reaction to save face/distract from pulling out of the LTR contract. A good news filler, but unfortunately for DVP the Li market tanked. The LTR contract severed as dangled carrot, to sell the belief/story to investors. Seems like the shine has come off, time for some A Grade leadership and concrete knock out results.
