whilst 20% May provide a crude indication of market's valuation of WL; more importantly, it will legitimise a business model that so far has been mostly hypothetical. if they get the right partner, this will suggest rinse, repeat, rinse, repeat. this part it quite easy to understand. the interesting part will be understanding the legacy contracts and how the mining services gets involved. as BB said in a recent interview, this company will be completely different come August.
