Top 20 own practically 65% of the stock and when Bill exercises his $10.5m this month then that’s about 65.5% owned by the Top 20
that is a tight register !!!!
How does this play out ?
When we join the Asx200 - who’s gonna sell to the ETFs such as Vanguard Beta and the rest ?
We saw about 9 months ago what happens when one of these funds wants to BUY A US index fund just vacuumed up $3m of shares at the close of play one day !!
Well these big ETF index funds want size The Aussie Investment funds want size The top 50 Super Funds want MASSIVE size
so who’s going to sell to them in size ? what price will they have to pay to prize open the hands of the Top 20 ?
