Not long after that BB executed his first major corporate move by acquiring the Kalgoorlie assets. This was the beginning which transformed a small WA goldminer into a global goldmining powerhouse.
Back then BB had a clear vision of what he wanted to archive and to get there you needed to have the right people. It looks like a rinse and repeat of a very successful,proven business model.
Top people are a companys greatest asset.
