If share holders vote for the Approval of Consolidation of 18.6 DVT shares to 1 USC share the price of the stock can and will drop of to even less than it is now.As it is it will stay much the same untill the Georges bomb terrorism out of the way,at least for a while and restore confidence in the market.At least then even a small move will give a reasonable gain if DVT is left alone.With the consolidation it will only move a fraction in comparison.DVT is a well known trading name,more so than USC so the company should remain with this fee advertising.Vote NO to both these changes.
