DW8 5 years shares?, page-142

I came across a prospectus for Winerytale looking to list on ASX shortly. I had a read to determine whether or not it is a competitor for DW8.

They claim to be B2B SAAS but are not a competitor. If anything they can increase revenue for DW8 by increasing sales via wineries. Winerytale have an Augmented Reality App with thousands of winery labels that apparently increase sales for the wineries. The distribution of product is via other parties such as DW8.

For example, if a winery using DW8 commences using the Winerytale app & sales increase via Augmented Reality then that would increase DW8 revenue.

Winerytale is unproven with no revenue & unknown management team. However, they are valuing the company at $12-13M with about 16-17.5M total shares depending on IPO on issue at $0.75.
