From a chart point of you it is not a super strong sign that we didn’t go higher then our recent high .069 in this breakout. To officially start our new up trend we would need to close at or above .07 otherwise we could retest .055 (I’d love that to top up some more before the next announcement).
From a fundamental point of view DW8 is undervalued and we should be back in the .08-.10 range.
