All you have to do is look at US high growth cash losing smalls/ micros to see how obvious it is. TTCF, MTTR, LMND, PRPL, HNST, PLTR, BYND, OTLY, PLHNF to mention a few… even looking at larger cap high growth- SQ, PYPL, CRSR.. all round PE compression on perfectly good companies— there are hundreds of other examples, but I hope the ones I’ve mentioned highlight the phenomenon
