A good example of why WineDepot is more than just a logistics co.
By implementing machine learning life cycles will really help put the customer first. This will make the customers experience so good/memorable that they will want to come back. For example, the customer may only need to say what they want (voice recognition) and a suitable product will display and then the sale finalised without the customer having to fill in anything online. Chat bots, robots etc etc can also be utilised. I'm no expert in this field but have been exposed to some of this emerging technology as part of my role at work.
Plus all this data is so valuable, WineDepot will know what you like to drink and volumes hence why Amazon are growing exponentially, they are very focussed on data and AI/machine learning etc.
