what's impressive to me is that DT managed to acquire them for $34.5m when Kaddy's revenue is $21m and their YoY growth was 100%+. Would easily fetch 10x revenue in the open market.
such is the value that even if irrational mr market continues to trade dw8 at the exact same multiple of 5.85 (20m/1.8b) the SP now should sit at 10c. an instant 51% increase.
Goes to show the competitiveness of the winedepot model. if you can't beat em, join em.
