Nicely said, the investments being made in my opinion are the right ones although we will not know this until 2023 in my opinion. Nothing happens overnight especially in the last TTM due to Covid.
Warren Buffett made his billions by buying companies that were not showing the results that they should have been and succeeded on getting them to their full potential. If Dean knows what he is doing he will help realise the potential of partons and save the company, the confidence of clearing debt and buying the company shows he knows what to do. At the end of the day it’s all about hiring the right people for the right positions when it comes to business. I don’t know the ex owners background in business but if this is their first than they may have not had the experience they needed to keep the businesses trajectory on a straight path, as we all business is tough. I just had a company go bust on me so for the love of god DYOR and trust in your gut feeling lol
