Everyone is sleeping on what this means instantly in terms of the industry they are disrupting. Do you think potential suppliers/clients care one iota about the share price. The eyes that were on Wine Depot and Kaddy individually have been waiting until such a time as they simply can't afford not to be involved. That time happened with the merger. The company knows this. The industry knows this. The market will learn this but as usual by then it will be too late. Even if it goes further backwards to go forwards this is a huge opportunity for early stage investors.
