The emotion tied to this stock is huge. Company has 10k retail holders and SP down 70% since peak has caused people to shy away and reject dw8. Those who don't have complete conviction in what they're putting their money on can be manipulated to sell out of fear of losing money.

Anyone with enough money and patience can easily cap price at 5.2 or 5.3 by dumping shares on market and creating sell orders large enough to not be bought out based on daily volumes. All of this means nothing to LTH, but those who watch the SP drop daily and are not convicted in their investment may be pushed to sell as watching your account going deeper in the red is very hard to stomach.

Stock manipulation isn't conspiracy. Plenty of people out there that get their rocks off from taking your cash.
