    Yes it’s cautious.
    However keep in mind most broker reports I have read have very conservative valuations across many stocks.
    Considering it is conservative and they reckon dw8 will be almost 100% up in 12 months (9cents) that’s pretty good going.
    Having said that we may be 15c in 12 months (and possibly slightly overvalued -who knows)
