Overall it’s a positive - if we take the announcement at face value (and I have no reason not to).

Sometimes the market can be unforgiving when it sees the title “directors selling” and there can be further sell offs. There may be more today. It’s hard to believe but many miss the details. I have had two stocks over the last 12 mths where directors have sold and taken greater positions overall - still there was a sell off in the short term - they bounced back stronger in med term.
