in addition to the profit they made from the sale of the last warehouse, they also upgraded the climate control system and negotiate a option to further expand it.

im unsure if DTs motivation will be profit driven, i think maybe these options will be saved and used in conjunction with ensuring facilities meet future requirements, when that need comes.
if we flipped them all now , we might be left trying to negotiate future expansion later down the track.
