FYI
I got into property developing in 2000 prior to the big run the following years. Shares had the dotcom crash.
By 2003 property prices went up very fast & low interest rates started to rise until 2007 peak.
After property peaked & interest rates started rising the ASX had a big run from 2003-2007/08 GFC peak.
Set up seems very similar now.
