Kaddy and DW8 Market to merge and become one platform. Kaddy will become the main B2B market platform and incorporate logistics services through Partons
Large supplier in the process of being onboarded but they don't want to announce it until the transition has been completed to avoid complications with the supplier's existing contracts
DW8 aiming to offer premium quality logistics service and have been investing PMOC in expanding
PMOC includes Kaddy GMV transactions and will distort P&L calculations
Main focus right now is capturing market share
