    So if eBev IPO at x38 revenue multiple similar to Kaddy's acquisition price then there will be a big mismatch in pricing with DW8.

    Either eBev will tank to a price similar to DW8 or DW8 will rise to a similar price.

    Will be interesting to watch this play out.
