One thing we cannot underestimate is the multitude of services DW8 offer and how many of them can be sold across the three companies under their banner. And more importantly, the client-base each of these companies have built. Now, they can focus more on generating revenues through their existing database as opposed spending money acquiring new ones - usually the cheapest way of increasing revenue.

These types of synergies are what make DW8 seriously undervalued at the moment.
