After the first year shares increased from 1B to 1.744B = +74.4%.
After the second year shares increased from 1.744B to 2.644B = + 51.6%.
Based on the above +25% dilution fits for the third year = 3.3B shares by the end of this year.
661M new shares x 5c SP = $33.05M & at 10c SP = $66.1M. I bet there will be another acquisition by the end of the year.
They should rename the company Dilution Ltd. Probably still be 10c SP at $1B MC in future. LOL
