About the role

We are hiring a hands-on Product Manager to work with engineering, design and user-facing teams on what we build and why we build it.

As our first Product Manager, you’ll work across all parts of our platform, including the marketplace, seller tools, payment rails and logistics offering, bringing it all together under a cohesive vision.

You’ll be

• Talking to users, designers, developers and marketers
• Determining the metrics that articulate our users' journey and implementing tracking for them
• Going through data (e.g. metrics, analytics, user feedback), writing SQL and using data analysis tools, looking to expand our understanding and help with decision-making
• Designing and running creative and scrappy experiments
• Turning incomplete, conflicting and ambiguous inputs into a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Championing the vision internally, relentlessly telling the important user stories, what we are working towards and how we are getting there.
• Designing the product function at Kaddy - What it's responsible for, how it interfaces with other teams, and how it'll grow and develop over time.
• Influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority
